Halfpint’s own recipe was developed over 9 months of testing and refining by chef, Sam Colligan, of Colligan’s Plant Based Foods, for the Halfpint Vegan Dairy brand. It is a natural cold blend with Organic Coconut Oil as the main ingredient. It is made from organic plant-based ingredients and it behaves just like butter. It has its own rich, full, delicious flavour, and is vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free & gluten-free. It is perfect for spreading, baking, melting & cooking. It contains no palm oil, transfats, artificial colours or flavours. It is a quality saturated fat, and is locally made and owned.
